Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as teller or banker; customer service and needs-based banking sales preferred.
• At least 6 months cash handling experience.
• Proficient with technology and digital banking services; MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Excellent customer service, communications, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and new account openings accurately and promptly.
• Identify banking needs through financial conversations and discovery.
• Meet sales goals by proactive prospecting and customer interactions.
• Market consumer and small business banking services.
• Open accounts, originate and close loans, and handle account changes.
• Utilize CRM and onboarding processes to ensure great customer experiences.
• Provide digital banking guidance across channels (ATM/PTM, mobile, bill pay, Zelle).
• Follow bank policies, audit, regulatory and security guidelines.
• Fulfill supervisory responsibilities when assigned.
