MBMS, LLC is seeking a Client Analytics Manager to transform data into strategic insights for healthcare practices and drive informed business decisions.

You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex information into actionable recommendations and helping improve clients’ financial performance while collaborating across MBMS teams. This role blends analytics with client consulting and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI/visualization platforms.
• Experience working with data analytics, financial reporting, or revenue cycle information.
• Strong presentation and client relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Healthcare, medical billing, revenue cycle, practice management, or analytics experience is a plus.
• Certifications CMPE, CHBME, or CHDA are valued but are not required.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted client partner by building relationships and serving as a proactive resource.
• Meet with clients to discuss performance, challenges, opportunities, and industry trends.
• Present financial and operational insights in a clear, actionable way.
• Develop revenue projections and cash-flow analyses.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Provide training to internal and external teams on reporting tools.
• Travel occasional for client meetings.
