Job summary

DoubleVerify is seeking a strategic Client Analytics Lead to support North America clients from the East Coast. You will own analytics deliverables, translate data into strategic insights, and collaborate across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Sales Engineering to maximize client value.

You will manage timelines, drive process improvements, and mentor Analytics Analysts while identifying revenue opportunities. A strong background in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools like Looker is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an analytical capacity (research, data & analytics, or insights strongly preferred).
• Exceptional command of Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Exceptional understanding of DV products, databases, and their applications to clients; familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, Snowflake, and/or SQL.
• Strong data storytelling skills, able to turn complex data into a clear narrative for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to project manage client deliverables independently, meeting SLAs and communicating timelines and risks.
• Experience leading client‑facing presentations and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of client analytics deliverables, including QBRs, Test Wraps, and Custom Insights for a portfolio of DV's strategic accounts.
• Serve as the primary analytics voice in client-facing presentations, translating data into actionable insights.
• Project manage and prioritize deliverables with limited supervision, setting timelines and managing stakeholders.
• Develop and refine analytics processes and best practices for the team to follow.
• Act as an advisor to Client Insights Analysts on data methodology and product knowledge.
• Lead strategic discussions with clients and internal leaders up to the VP level.
• Identify revenue opportunities from client analytics work with Client Partners.
• Share knowledge through case studies and trends to strengthen the team and DV.
