Job summary

WTW seeks an Associate Client Advocate to own client service activities and engagement within our Global Natural Resources division. You will coordinate with Client Specialists to meet insurance and risk needs, lead client presentations, and support new business prospects while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Your role involves collaboration with sales, broking, and internal resources to maximize client profitability and deliver exceptional service across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge/experience in a client-facing role or demonstrated capabilities to perform role responsibilities
• Active P&C insurance broker license required, CE activities as needed
• Insurance industry designations preferred (CPCU, ARM, CIC, CRIS, CRM)
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to manage multiple client deliverables
• Ability to mentor a Client Specialist and collaborate with internal teams and clients

Responsibilities

• Retains and strengthens existing client relationships and book of business
• Coordinates delivery with internal resources to ensure exceptional client experience
• Provides strategic planning and consulting advice to clients in collaboration with practice groups
• Supports renewal strategy design and execution with client teams and stakeholders
• Manages client invoicing processes and fee/compensation agreements
• Leads or supports high-impact client presentations, RFP responses, and client advocacy reports
• Oversees service delivery coordination and escalation with Service Liaisons and Client Specialists
