Job summary

WTW is seeking a seasoned Commercial Risk professional to independently manage high-complexity client relationships across diverse industries. You will drive strategy renewals, respond to client needs, and collaborate with producers and underwriters to deliver tailored insurance programs.

The role requires 8+ years in brokerage, a P&C license, and exceptional communication. Remote US-based candidates are encouraged to apply; base salary is competitive with eligible bonuses and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 8+ years brokerage experience or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Diplomatic and professional client service orientation; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex client relationships and accounts independently.
• Prepare for and conduct strategy renewal meetings with clients.
• Respond to client questions and requests as primary contact.
• Develop and present competitive insurance programs and quotes.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and marketing for prospect companies.
• Review contracts, manage CMS inputs, and supervise account billing.
