Job summary

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts, while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs, in line with bank policies.
