Responsibilities

• Cultivate, maintain, and enhance relationships within an assigned book of business.
• Use consultative selling to uncover needs and tailor recommendations.
• Maintain working knowledge of bank products, services, and processes.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet needs and resolve problems.
• Analyze customer credit data to align solutions with needs.
• Provide support reinforcing the value of new technology for customers.
• Process teller transactions and adhere to balancing guidelines.
• Follow the Bank's Code of Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
