Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Woodridge, Illinois is seeking a Retail Personal Banker I candidate who will complete a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service. The program leads to a Personal Banker I role focused on consultative sales and building customer relationships within the Financial Center or Bank Mart environment.

The position requires a strong customer focus, risk awareness, and compliance with bank policies, including S.A.F.E. Act registration.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience as transferrable skills.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers.
