Job summary

Moncler in Austin, Texas seeks a Client Advisor to deliver luxury experiences on the sales floor and represent the brand promise. You will build lasting client relationships through personalized service and proactive clienteling, contributing to store and individual sales goals.

This role supports daily store operations, visual standards, and the overall client experience while upholding grooming, loss prevention, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Professional presentation, dependable, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable using POS systems, clienteling applications, Microsoft Office, and mobile communication tools; bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team initiatives, training, and uphold grooming, loss prevention, and company operational standards.
