Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in New York's outlets is seeking an Outlet Client Advisor for Moncler. You will deliver the brand experience by discovering client needs, building relationships, and guiding clients across the brand, reporting to store leadership to drive sales and KPIs.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, cultivating relationships, driving sales while supporting store operations, merchandising, and training; collaborate as a team to meet store objectives in a fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and punctuality.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Work collaboratively as a team player to contribute to store objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or client‑facing experience acceptable.
• Client‑centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional presentation.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) preferred.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
