Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Part-time Client Advisor at Short Hills Mall to support store sales and client relationships. You will meet sales targets, expand a client book, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining image standards and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong product knowledge and comfort with POS systems are essential, as is a hospitality mindset and experience in luxury retail environments. Foreign languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn POS and other software packages.
• Service oriented with strong customer focus and passion for luxury product and design.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Candidates with an established client book preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for meeting individual and store sales targets, maintaining and expanding a client book, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to store image, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and average transaction value
• Maintain and expand a client book and capture relevant customer information in the database
• Promote store events and consistently follow up on shipping, alterations, and other client issues
• Support general housekeeping, store image maintenance, shipping and receiving, and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting
• Computer literate and tech savvy; ability to learn and use POS and other software packages
• Service oriented with strong customer focus and a passion for luxury product and design
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
