Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Part-time Client Advisor at Short Hills Mall to support store sales and client relationships. You will meet sales targets, expand a client book, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining image standards and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong product knowledge and comfort with POS systems are essential, as is a hospitality mindset and experience in luxury retail environments. Foreign languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn POS and other software packages.
• Service oriented with strong customer focus and passion for luxury product and design.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Candidates with an established client book preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales and value per transaction.
• Maintain and expand a client book and capture customer information in the database.
• Promote store events and follow up on shipping, alterations, and client issues.
• Support housekeeping, store image, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.
