Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Client Advisor to enhance in-store experiences and build lasting client relationships through consultative sales and clienteling.

The role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales targets while representing the brand with professionalism and personalized service. The successful candidate will use clienteling to drive repeat business and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven sales track record.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and provide high-touch service.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools and email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college degree, GIA coursework or Graduate Gemologist credential, and proficiency in multiple languages (Mandarin required/preferred).
