The Client Advisor will consistently meet or exceed sales goals while providing personalized service, embodying the brand, and delivering high-touch interactions with a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Retail or luxury retail experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and deliver high-touch service.
• Proficient with POS, client tracking systems, and Outlook.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college degree and GIA coursework; multilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Embody the brand and deliver personalized client interactions to create memorable in-store experiences.


• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.


• Deepen relationships with clients to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.


• Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture accurate client data.


• Drive business through key product pillars and execute the Tiffany selling experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.


• Proven track record of achieving sales results.


• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.


• Ability to work with a diverse client base and deliver high-touch service.


• Proficiency with point of sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.


• Authorization to work in the United States.


• Preferred: college or university degree, Graduate Gemologist or GIA coursework, and proficiency in multiple languages.
