Job summary

Anthony & Sylvan Pools is seeking a Client Advisor to connect with prospective clients and guide them through the early sales journey. You will perform discovery conversations, maintain timely follow-ups, and ensure accurate CRM records to support smooth handoffs to the sales team.

In this role, you will manage multiple leads across pipeline stages, communicate via phone, SMS, and email, and help convert opportunities into qualified prospects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to conduct discovery conversations and build rapport.
• Strong verbal communication and genuine curiosity about customer goals.
• Maintain accurate, complete client records in the CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients through phone, SMS, and email outreach.
• Lead structured discovery conversations to understand project vision, timeline, budget, and decision makers.
• Maintain ongoing follow-up and manage multiple pipeline stages with discipline.
• Document all client interactions and next steps in the CRM for a seamless handoff to the team.
• Coordinate with Design Consultants by sharing key discovery insights and context.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
