Anthony & Sylvan Pools seeks a Design Consultant to drive the end-to-end sales process for in-home and virtual consultations. You will understand customer needs, present pool designs, and guide prospects through the purchase journey with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities include pricing proposals, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining accurate CRM data. The role emphasizes relationship building, customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Three plus years successful B2C sales experience required.
• CRM software proficiency expected.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities, with a customer‑oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead in-home and virtual sales consultations, assess client needs, explain pool ownership benefits, and present customized solutions.
• Develop pricing and proposals using company tools and guidance from management.
• Manage full sales cycle and appointment workflow, coordinate scheduling, and follow up until sale closes or prospect becomes inactive.
• Maintain CRM data daily, track sales status, and prepare activity and performance reports as required.
• Build local referral networks by engaging with landscapers, builders, and related businesses.
