Anthony & Sylvan Pools is seeking a Design Consultant to lead customer appointments from initial meeting to close, delivering exceptional service and turning opportunities into profitable sales. You will design custom pool concepts using Pool Studio software and present compelling pricing and proposals.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strong communication, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle while maintaining accurate CRM data and pursuing referrals.

Qualifications

• Three plus years successful B2C sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer service oriented with professional demeanor.
• Ability to develop proposals and pricing using company guidelines.
• Proficient with CRM software and follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home and virtual sales consultations with customers to assess needs and explain pool ownership benefits.
• Develop accurate pricing and proposals using the RC B methodology and price book standards.
• Manage the full sales cycle and appointment workflow from Lead Manager to close.
• Maintain CRM data and reporting, track sales status and follow-ups.
• Build a local referral network with clubs, landscapers, builders and related businesses.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives with market insights and collateral materials.
• Attend seminars, trade shows, and promotional events and participate in ongoing performance reviews.
