Qualifications

• Three plus years successful B to C sales experience required.
• Working knowledge of CRM software.

• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and virtual sales consultations.
• Develop accurate pricing and proposals using company standards.
• Manage the full sales cycle and appointment workflow.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting.
• Build and expand a local referral network.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing performance management and development.
