Job summary

Anthony & Sylvan Pools is seeking a Client Advisor in Las Vegas to be the first contact for prospective clients, guiding them through early sales stages and maintaining accurate CRM records. You will conduct discovery conversations, address questions, and coordinate with the broader sales team to move opportunities forward.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach by phone, SMS, and email, ensuring timely follow-up, and delivering a smooth handoff to Design Consultants.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in inside sales, SDR/BDR, appointment-setting, or high-volume customer engagement
• Experience in home improvement, real estate, or other high-consideration purchase environments
• Strong discovery conversation skills that build rapport and surface insights

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients via timely outreach via phone, SMS, and email, leading structured discovery conversations to understand project vision, timeline, budget, and decision-making process
• Assess client needs and alignment by evaluating readiness and fit, providing thoughtful guidance on next steps
• Execute consistent follow-up and client engagement across the lead lifecycle
• Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records with client interactions, updates and next steps
• Facilitate smooth handoffs to Design Consultants with relevant client context and manage appointment recovery opportunities
• Other duties as assigned
