Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a sales professional to provide high-touch, personalized service on the sales floor and build memorable client experiences. You will nurture client relationships, leverage client data, and aim to consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across key product pillars.

Responsibilities include running client appointments, converting prospects to sales, and ensuring exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and ability to connect with diverse clients.
• Proficiency with POS and client-tracking tools.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College degree preferred.
• Multilingual abilities preferred.
