Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Temporary Client Advisor to represent the brand in all client interactions and deliver a memorable luxury experience. You will provide hospitality and personalized service to support sales, assist with engraving, and help maintain store presentation and operations.

You will work with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth store functioning, client satisfaction, and a high standard of service in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail or luxury retail or client-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and warmly welcome clients to create personalized experiences.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS functions, replenishing supplies, and maintaining neat sales floor areas.
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality area and communicate service issues to management.
• Support inventory and special projects.
