Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in high-volume, goal-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound calls and online leads to drive client acquisition.
  • Screen and qualify prospective clients for capability to assist with their case.
  • Build rapport with prospects through compassionate, professional communication.
  • Convert leads into clients by guiding intake and retention processes.
  • Conduct follow-ups, outbound calls, and appointment setting to maximize conversions.
  • Complete accurate client intake forms and case documentation.

With a strong team culture and a reputation for delivering exceptional service, the firm is seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist (Intake) to join its growing team.

This is an inside sales and client intake opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds trust quickly, and is driven by measurable results. The ideal candidate combines sales-closing ability, empathy, urgency, organization, and exceptional communication skills to turn qualified inquiries into new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly to inbound phone calls and online leads, recognizing that timely engagement is critical to client acquisition.
  • Screen and qualify prospective clients to determine whether the firm can assist with their potential case.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients through compassionate, professional, and effective communication.
  • Convert qualified leads into new clients by confidently guiding prospects through the intake and retention process.
  • Conduct retainer follow-up, lead follow-up, outbound calls, and appointment setting to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Complete client intake forms and case documentation accurately, efficiently, and thoroughly.
  • Capture and document critical case information while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Provide a professional, five-star client experience that reflects the firm's values and commitment to service.
  • Demonstrate active listening and empathy when communicating with individuals who may be experiencing stressful or difficult circumstances.
  • Manage multiple leads, cases, conversations, and follow-up activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain accurate callback schedules and daily follow-up activities to ensure no qualified opportunity is overlooked.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through consistent performance and disciplined follow-through.
  • Implement coaching and supervisor feedback to continuously improve sales and intake performance.
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality and consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist peers when needed to support overall team success.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in a high-volume, goal-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated experience as a sales closer with measurable results
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Minimum of three years with the same employer, demonstrating stability and commitment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based applications
  • Strong ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with prospective clients
  • Ability to make outbound calls, complete paperwork accurately, and manage timely follow-ups
  • Must be self-motivated, dependable, positive, and highly productive
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
Schedule & Availability
  • Monday-Friday: 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Two weekend days per month
  • Availability to work a minimum of two holidays per year
