Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Client Accounts, AR, Billing or related roles.
• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, billing, or client account management.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio as a Client Accounts Specialist analyzing account activity, payment trends, aging reports, and balances.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, billers, and finance teams to resolve collection issues and improve outcomes.
• Investigate disputed invoices, short payments, unapplied cash, and account discrepancies.
• Monitor e-billing platforms and address issues impacting invoice processing and collections.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and collection records in ARCS and related systems.
