Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Sr. Client Accounts Specialist in Midtown, Atlanta to manage a sophisticated accounts receivable portfolio for a nationally recognized law firm, with autonomy and close collaboration with attorneys and firm leadership.

The role focuses on commercial collections, credit management, dispute resolution, and developing collection strategies to improve cash flow. You will work with partners across offices and use Aderant, ARCS, and advanced Excel

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as Sr. Client Accounts Specialist or in related AR role.
• Commercial collections and credit management experience required.
• Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Aderant, ARCS, or comparable financial systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Sr. Client Accounts Specialist managing a portfolio of client accounts and accounts receivable activity
• Partner with attorneys and clients to resolve past-due balances, billing disputes, and payment issues
• Develop collection strategies, payment plans, and recommendations that improve cash flow and reduce risk
• Analyze account histories, financial trends, and collection performance to identify opportunities for resolution
• Maintain accurate portfolio records within Aderant and ARCS while ensuring timely follow-up
