DISTYLL Graphic Solutions is seeking an Account Coordinator to manage day-to-day customer communications and order processing. You will enter quotes and orders, track status, and collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role supports Sales Representatives and Account Managers, maintains thorough records, and resolves customer inquiries promptly. A degree in business or marketing is preferred with 3–5 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer communication.
• Enter and manage customer quotes/orders accurately in the system, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Prepare and submit customer quotes based on pricing guidelines and product availability.
• Monitor and communicate order status updates to customers proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and correspondence.
• Assist Sales Representatives and Account Managers with account-related tasks and follow-ups.
• Support resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
