Job summary

CFS is seeking a Client Accounting Specialist in Ann Arbor, MI to provide hands-on financial reporting and proactive client support in a modern, client-focused environment.

You will record and reconcile transactions across multiple client accounts, prepare monthly reports, support payroll and tax-related activities, and collaborate directly with clients to improve financial organization and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or client accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software.
• Familiarity with merchant platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay).
• Accounting education, certification, or equivalent training.
• Enrolled Agent credential or tax return experience is a plus.
