We are seeking a Client Accounting Advisor with a focus on outsourced accounting to work on-site in our Richmond office. Our Client Accounting & Advisory Services Team provides full-service accounting support, state and local tax services, consulting on accounting software, and strategic advisory services for small-to-medium sized companies across a variety of industries. You will have immediate client contact, playing a key role in building strong relationships while delivering high-quality services. The role is part-time with a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week, with the potential for the position to grow to full-time in the future.
Proactive, clear and effective communication (both written and oral).
Strong technical accounting skills and a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and tax principles
Proficiency with other cloud-based accounting technology and Microsoft Office products
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering quality work
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
