Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) required.
• Experience in professional services or public accounting preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Reconcile subsidiary accounts to control accounts.
• Post periodic transactions and adjusting journal entries.
• Prepare payroll and payroll tax returns.
• Prepare sales and other local tax returns (1099s).
• Prepare periodic financial statements and customized reports.
• Maintain and review General Ledger, AP, and AR.
• Advise clients on accounting, tax, and financial matters.
• Analyze financial statements for trends and improvements.
• Assist clients with QuickBooks Online setup, training, and troubleshooting.
• Utilize technology platforms with QuickBooks Online (HubDoc, Bill, Double).
• Collaborate with clients and internal team to meet goals and deadlines.
