Job description

We are an integrated professional services firm driven by the belief that meaningful impact is possible—with our clients, our team members, and our communities. Guided by a fully aligned leadership team, this isn’t just an aspiration—it’s a reality we’re creating 90 days at a time.

Our mission is to be the best and most integrated professional services firm, helping individuals, businesses, government entities, and non‑profits achieve their most important goals. We do this by working proactively to identify and prioritize clients’ goals, offering exceptional advice, and helping our clients execute that advice.

Our approach enables our team members to cultivate deeper relationships, creating greater impact while distributing work more evenly throughout the year. We believe that delivering more value to our clients allows our team members to receive more value in return—through competitive compensation, work/life harmony, comprehensive benefits, strong administrative support, and ongoing development for career progression at a personally preferred pace.

We believe work should harmonize with life, not compete with it. You can schedule work around personal priorities, be present for those who matter most, and confidently unplug—using all your PTO without the stress of workload surges before or after time off.

We spend most of our waking hours at work. That time should matter. We strive to make a difference, working alongside clients and teammates we genuinely enjoy spending time with.

The position

We’re expanding our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) team—and we’re looking for team members who want to make a meaningful impact. As a CAAS Senior Accountant, you’ll do more than manage numbers. You’ll help clients gain clarity, solve problems, and move forward with confidence.

This role is designed for professionals with foundational accounting experience who are ready to grow. You’ll deepen your advisory skills, contribute to strategic conversations, and build relationships that matter. Our approach prioritizes proactive advice over reactive maintenance, allowing you to engage with clients in ways that are both impactful and rewarding.

Here, your work will harmonize with your life. You’ll have the flexibility to schedule around personal priorities, the support to unplug fully when you take time off, and the opportunity to progress your career at a pace that fits you. If you’re ready to be part of a team that values collaboration, purpose, and people—you’re in the right place.

Your role

  • Perform and/or review bookkeeping tasks such as entering transactions, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and maintaining general ledgers.
  • Document workpapers and follow firm processes/systems for workflow management.
  • Support monthly/quarterly client close procedures and cash & accrual-based accounting deliverables.
  • Professionally interact with client personnel to gather financial data, clarify documentation, and communicate updates or requests.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the team in preparing client KPIs, dashboard, financial reports, and budgets/forecasts
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate client service delivery.
  • Role progression opportunities:
  • Interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) from client financials.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand financial positions and provide insights.
  • Contribute to special projects such as budget preparation, ROI calculations, & cash flow projections.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in public accounting.
  • CPA license complete or being pursued is preferred, but not required
  • QuickBooks Online experience and/or certification
