Responsibilities

• Act as the primary billing contact for property managers.

• Keep billing structures in IOS accurate.
• Spot revenue-flow improvements and work with engineering to ship them.
• Build dashboards showing leadership how billing is performing.
• Create training videos and tools to improve the client billing experience.
• Write playbooks for billing support, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Standardize processes to prevent workflow breakdowns.
