Qualifications

• Background in Workers’ Comp, Health Plan, or Managed Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication for Workers’ Compensation and Health Plan accounts.
• Facilitate implementation meetings and configure client profiles.
• Lead regular performance reviews and address client inquiries.
