Job summary

Quad is seeking a Customer Account Manager in Wisconsin to coordinate with sales, operations, and production, oversee client orders, address inquiries, and manage expectations throughout the production lifecycle.

You will act as the primary liaison for clients, foster relationships, negotiate solutions, provide education on print services, and collaborate on cross-department projects. 3 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in customer service or print environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and balance several client accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of communication for client orders, managing changes in specifications, schedules, estimates, and instructions while representing the company.
• Serve as a liaison to facilitate clear communication between clients and internal departments throughout the order process.
• Foster and maintain client relationships to establish a mutually beneficial partnership.
• Review all order plans to identify obstacles and ensure successful project completion.
• Address and resolve client or production issues, escalating as necessary.
• Provide client consultation and education on the overall print business.
