Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of print industry processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of communication for client orders.
• Coordinate between sales, operations, and production teams.
• Oversee client orders and manage expectations throughout production lifecycle.
• Address inquiries and changes in specifications.
• Build and maintain client relationships and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
