Job summary

Quad is seeking a Customer Account Manager in Chalfont, PA to optimize customer and company strategies across our platform. You will analyze client requirements, drive profitability, and build long-term partnerships with a focus on print and marketing services.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in customer service within print/marketing, are proficient with Microsoft Office, and can travel as needed to support clients state-wide and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Three (3) years of experience in customer service or a print/marketing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and pricing skills with the ability to evaluate problems and make recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel in state and out-of-state for customer consultations.

Responsibilities

• Optimize customer strategies across the Quad platform to meet objectives.
• Optimize company strategies to achieve performance targets.
• Analyze customer specifications to leverage Quad solutions.
• Drive company strategies through all customer deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for partnerships.
• Negotiate solutions impacting customer operations.
• Track account profitability and conduct business reviews to optimize strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Educate customers on print and marketing services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Comply with food safety and quality policies and report concerns to site leadership.
