Job summary

Quad seeks a Customer Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You will oversee orders, address inquiries, and manage client expectations throughout the production lifecycle.

You will maintain relationships, ensure adherence to specifications, and drive utilization of standard inputs and tools while contributing to cross-departmental projects. Experience in customer service or print environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in customer service or print environment preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, operations and production departments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of print industry and processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of communication for client orders and changes.
• Liaise between clients and internal departments to ensure alignment with specifications.
• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for account optimization.
• Review orders and manage changes to schedules, estimates and instructions.
• Resolve client or production issues and escalate when necessary.
• Provide client consultation on print services and educate on processes.
