Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in clients, verify and update personal and insurance information.
  • Schedule clinician appointments and verify client benefits and eligibility.
  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial documentation.
  • Handle appointment changes, no-shows, and cancellations in accordance with policy.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and return messages as needed.
  • Prepare and manage client health records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain appearance and organization of the waiting area.
  • Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) system effectively and accurately.
  • Support service monitoring and quality improvement efforts.
  • Assist clients and staff in resolving issues during visits with professionalism and empathy.

As a Client Access Representative, you’ll play a critical role in welcoming clients, maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting a smooth and efficient front office experience. Key Responsibilities:
