AKS Cutting Systems, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to install, set up, and test CNC plasma and waterjet systems at customer sites.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues, perform routine maintenance, and complete repairs safely and promptly. Travel to customer sites, train operators on equipment use and basic troubleshooting, and document service activities clearly.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred.
• Experience with industrial machinery, CNC equipment, or metal fabrication is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to diagnose issues safely.

Responsabilidades

• Install, set up and test CNC plasma and waterjet cutting systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and control issues; perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Travel to customer locations and train operators on equipment use and basic troubleshooting.
• Document service activities clearly and communicate feedback to engineering/support teams.
