Maverick Group US LLC in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Field Service Technician to service CNC machinery. You will install, calibrate, maintain, and repair CNC systems at customer sites across the region, with minimal overnight travel.

You will work with Fanuc controls, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, document service activities, and ensure customer satisfaction while representing the company professionally.

Job Summary

Join our team as a Field Service Technician in the Cleveland/Toledo, OH region with less than 50% overnight travel. In this role, you'll work with state of the art CNC machines, performing installations, maintenance, and repairs while building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day field service, including installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on CNC equipment within the local market.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues, providing sales support and basic training as needed.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically, aligning all actions with business standards.
• Take full ownership of service cases, projects, and related tasks, while maintaining accurate customer records and technical documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team and client needs.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Strong repair skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with Fanuc Controls.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel.

Compensation and Benefits
