Job summary

Kinetic Cutting Systems is seeking a proactive Field Service Technician to install, service, and support industrial cutting equipment across North America. The role requires extensive travel to customer sites, diagnosing complex electro-mechanical systems, performing preventative maintenance, and providing on-site training and support.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with plasma cutting systems, oxy-fuel cutting systems, laser cutting systems, machining equipment, PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and support industrial cutting equipment at customer facilities throughout North America.
• Perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs on advanced electro-mechanical systems.
• Provide technical support and training to customers as needed.
• Combination of travel and office-based responsibilities.
