Job summary

Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine in Provo, Utah, is seeking a highly organized Clinical Clerkship Coordinator to support third- and fourth-year medical students as they navigate clerkships, schedules, and credentialing. You will liaise with students, faculty, hospitals, and site coordinators to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate records across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, organization, grammar, punctuation, and professional judgment skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new databases, software systems, and educational platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly clerkship schedules for 3rd–4th year students, including local and away rotations.
• Serve as primary contact for student questions, schedule changes, and documentation.
• Communicate with students, faculty, hospitals, and site coordinators regarding assignments, onboarding, credentialing.
• Maintain records in Exxat, Smartsheet, VSLO, Clinician Nexus, MyClinicalExchange, Canvas, and other platforms.
• Track evaluations, monitor completion, and assist with grade processing and reporting.
• Support preceptor recruitment, onboarding, renewals, and accreditation-related documentation.
