Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients and families.
• Verify patient information and register in EMR.
• Assist patients with the patient portal.
• Distribute information to patients as directed by clinicians.
• Coordinate follow-up calls and transportation needs.
• Handle mail, scans, and document distribution.
• Answer calls and route to appropriate departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
