Founders Federal Credit Union is seeking a Sales-focused Business Development Officer to cultivate new and maintain existing relationships with business partners in the Clemson area. The role requires independent work, quick concept grasp, and strong networking abilities.

The position includes on-site responsibilities in Clemson, SC with initial training in Lancaster or Rock Hill, SC. A successful candidate will drive partnerships, promote services, and contribute to overall growth.

Formación

• Associate degree or 3 years sales experience required.
• Sales experience preferred; credit union knowledge helpful.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with MS Office; some database experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, schedule, and manage Employee signups and orientations.
• Prospect, contact and visit prospective Business Partners to present information on services and benefits.
• Follow-up on a pipeline of prospective Business Partners and identify quality partners for FFCU.
• Educate Business Partner contacts about new services, promotions, and enrollment procedures.
• Work with Director of Business Development to create strategic sales plans and track results.
• Assist Marketing to develop marketing materials and solicitations as needed.
• Support events and promotions to increase membership.
• Represent Founders Federal Credit Union at civic organizations and community events.
• Maintain current partner databases and contacts.
