Founders Federal Credit Union is hiring a Bilingual Business Development Officer to cultivate and maintain business partner relationships in the Clemson area. The role requires on-site work with travel to partner sites and training in Lancaster, SC or Rock Hill, SC.

The ideal candidate is sales-driven, communicative, and well-organized. You will manage partner signups, present services, develop strategic plans with the Director of Business Development, and collaborate with Marketing on

Formación

• Associate degree or 3 years sales experience required.
• Strong communication and persuasive public speaking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; some database experience.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Well-organized with professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to accommodate partner presentations outside standard hours.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, schedule, and manage employee signups and orientations; conduct presentations to employees of Business Partners.
• Prospect, contact and visit prospective Business Partners to present services and benefits.
• Follow up on a pipeline of prospective Business Partners and identify quality opportunities.
• Educate partners about new services, promotions, and enrollment procedures via multiple channels; provide supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to create and implement strategic sales plans and track results.
• Work with Marketing to develop tailored marketing materials and solicitations as needed.
• Assist with events and promotions to increase membership.
• Represent Founders at civic organizations and community events.
• Maintain SEG Management database with contacts and activity.
• Provide clerical support to Director of Business Development as needed.
• Comply with policies and regulations (GLB, BSA) and NCUA/FFIEC requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
