Job summary

Founders Federal Credit Union is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Officer in Indian Land, SC to cultivate and expand business partner relationships and promote credit union services.

You will work independently, travel to partner sites, and support marketing efforts while reporting to the Director of Business Development. On-site responsibilities include coordinating signups, meetings, and partner events with a focus on growth.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or three years sales experience.
• Sales experience and strong communication skills are essential.
• Public speaking and professional presentation abilities are important.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and manage employee signups and orientations.
• Prospect, contact and visit prospective business partners to present information on services and benefits.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan with the Director of Business Development to grow partnerships.
• Educate partners about new services, promotions, and enrollment procedures via calls, visits, letters, emails, and mail campaigns.
• Assist with events and promotions to increase membership.
• Represent Founders Federal Credit Union at community and civic events to expand networking opportunities.
