Founders Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Officer to expand partnerships in the Clemson market. The role focuses on sourcing new business, presenting services, and strengthening relationships with corporate partners to drive membership and product adoption.

You will travel to partner sites, work with the Director of Business Development, and support marketing while maintaining accurate partner records and delivering compelling presentations.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or three years sales experience.
• Sales experience preferred; knowledge of the credit union industry is a plus.
• Positive attitude and highly personable.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; basic database knowledge.
• Well-organized and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance; ability to work with branch staff.
• Flexible schedule for presentations or sign-ups outside standard hours.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate employee signups and orientations; conduct presentations to employees of Business Partners.
• Prospect, contact and visit prospective Business Partners to present services and benefits.
• Follow-up on a pipeline of prospective Partners and identify quality Partners for FFCU.
• Educate Partner contacts about new services, promotions, and enrollment procedures via multiple channels.
• Work with Director of Business Development to implement strategic sales plans and track results.
• Collaborate with Marketing to prepare customized marketing materials and solicitations.
• Assist with events and promotions to increase membership.
• Represent Founders at civic and networking events in the region.
• Maintain the SEG Management database with contacts and activity.
• Provide clerical support to the Director of Business Development.
• Comply with policies, GLB, BSA and FFIEC regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
