Job summary

CenCore Group is seeking a cleared Project Manager to oversee day-to-day contract execution and armed security operations across two Washington, D.C. sites. This role includes contract performance, site leadership, customer coordination, personnel oversight, and scheduling.

The position is hybrid with about 70% local travel and 30% remote administrative work from the PM’s residence. The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, 7+ years in project/program/ops management, and at least 3 years in

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Seven or more years of project, program, or operations management experience.
• At least three years managing security operations or armed security environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Firearms training and weapons qualification experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day contract execution and operational performance.
• Provide leadership for armed cleared officer operations across DC sites.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance engagement.
• Maintain customer relationships through reporting and follow-up.
• Manage schedules, timecards, and related administrative duties.
• Identify and resolve risks, staffing, and compliance issues.
