Job summary

PotomacWave is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a Federal client in Washington, DC. The role provides technical project management and information management support to the DOE-IN PSIM Division.

Responsibilities include overseeing information management initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for projects, conducting classification reviews, and developing program artifacts and training materials to sustain the classification training program for SCI-cleared personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, intelligence studies, national security, or related field.
• Minimum of ten years supporting classification management or related intelligence functions.
• Knowledge of Executive Orders, IC Directives, DOE classification guidance, and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee information management initiatives for DOE-IN programs.
• Coordinate classification reviews and foreign disclosure processes.
• Develop and maintain program artifacts and SharePoint sites.
• Prepare briefings and reports for management decisions.
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining quality and customer service.
