Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in program/project management support including supervising contractor personnel.
• On-site supervision and scheduling of contractor personnel.
• Ability to coordinate training for new contractor personnel and complete mandatory GAO training.

Responsibilities

• Managing team of contractor support personnel.
• Organizes, directs, and manages contract operations involving complex, interrelated tasks.
• Formulates and reviews task plans and deliverables.
• Ensures schedule and cost control.
• Establishes and maintains technical and financial reporting.
• Delegates responsibilities and oversees successful task completion.
• Acknowledge communications promptly with responses within 24 hours during business hours.
