Job summary

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter with at least 3 years of recruiting experience in the cleared IT government contracting space, to join our growing team in the DC metro area. The hybrid role supports the Washington, DC metro area with occasional travel to the Rockville, MD corporate office and participation in job fairs and events.

Responsibilities include full life cycle recruiting for cleared IT and cybersecurity roles, building talent pipelines, coordinating interviews

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience supporting federal government contractors.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for cleared IT and cybersecurity roles.
• Knowledge of government security clearances and adjudication processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared technical positions across site locations nationwide.
• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, networks, referrals and events.
• Build and maintain pipelines of cleared professionals in the DC Metro area.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with hiring managers.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
