Job summary

Information Management Group (IMG) is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Fairfax team. This on-site/hybrid role requires expert recruiting across the full lifecycle, with emphasis on IT DoE/DoD/IC roles and event participation.

The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to forecast needs, build candidate pipelines, manage offers and onboarding, and stay current on industry trends and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum of four years recruiting experience, IT tier III/SME roles incl. DoE/DoD/IC.
• Hybrid – 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and fill positions efficiently.
• Meet the corporate vacancy hiring goal for 14-day time-to-fill.
• Provide full recruitment lifecycle, including requisitions creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary setting, offers and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines through research, referrals and networking.
• Attend and assist with job fairs and recruiting events.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and compliance requirements.
• Exercise independent judgement in assessing technical and non-technical competencies and make hiring recommendations.
